Pipes don't wait for daylight to fail, and our Novelty dispatch team doesn't wait for morning to respond. We dispatch Novelty units carrying industrial extraction pumps, air movers, and commercial dehumidifiers already loaded on the truck.
We built our Novelty branch after hearing the same complaint over and over from Novelty, OH property owners — the "24/7" number that never actually answers. Every technician on our Novelty roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.
Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Flood Damage Cleanup in Novelty isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. We carry full general liability coverage and are licensed to operate throughout Novelty, OH, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.
Our Novelty, OH-based equipment cache means drying gear is already close by, not stuck in a truck three states away.
Ask any Novelty property manager who has dealt with a burst supply line at 3am — the difference between a crew that shows up ready and one still loading a truck at the shop is measured in gallons of water soaking into your subfloor. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Novelty call at a time.
Water damage doesn't always look dramatic at first — some of the costliest Novelty jobs we've handled began as a small, easy-to-miss problem. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Novelty line and we'll tell you honestly whether it's a same-day emergency or something we can schedule.
We size the Novelty response to the actual damage — a single-room extraction gets a two-person crew, a commercial loss gets the full fleet — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.
We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Novelty property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We place industrial dehumidifiers and air movers based on actual psychrometric calculations, not a standard equipment count per room, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.
For families in Novelty, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.
For commercial Novelty accounts, we assign a project lead, run crews after normal hours to reduce downtime, and bring equipment sized to the actual footprint — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Novelty crews are trained for exactly that protocol.
We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Novelty drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.
We quote the job before equipment gets plugged in, so there's no surprise line item buried in the final invoice.
Our Novelty, OH warehouse keeps drying equipment close, which typically puts a Novelty tech at your door inside an hour.
We document everything with photos and moisture logs and work directly with your adjuster so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
If moisture readings aren't where they should be at the end of the job, we come back and keep drying at no extra charge.
A short call with our Novelty dispatcher tells us whether this is a one-room job or a multi-crew response before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Novelty crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount extraction gear on board.
Standing water comes out first; drying equipment gets placed only after we've mapped exactly where moisture is hiding.
Daily moisture checks continue until every affected material reads dry, and you get a complete report at the end.
Every Novelty job gets closed based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say it's finished. If a callback shows lingering moisture within 30 days of a completed job, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
You'll find that exact commitment printed on your Novelty paperwork, not just mentioned over the phone. If a second visit is ever needed, it comes from the same crew that handled the original job whenever scheduling allows, since they already know the property and the readings we started from.

If it's safe, shut off the water source, move electronics and valuables away from the affected area, and avoid the space if standing water is near outlets.
We scale crews and equipment for commercial Novelty accounts and assign a dedicated project lead for anything beyond a single unit.
Drying time varies with material and how quickly extraction started, but 3 to 5 days is typical for most Novelty jobs.
Mold isn't inevitable, but the window to prevent it is narrow, which is why we treat speed as part of the Novelty service, not an upsell.
